I understand the big picture
I like to think of myself as a problem-solver who isn't afraid to take risks both in my own life and when I’m designing experiences for others. I'm thoughtful as I approach the needs of the people around me and am always seeking to prove myself wrong.
I haven’t always been a designer, though! I worked in marketing for a decade which helped me understand how important it is for all teams to be champions for the customer’s experience. I believe everyone needs to consistently work together to create multi-channel experiences that foster loyalty and trust for users.
My design strengths
Research — Before solving a design problem, I seek out all necessary research to help inform my designs. I’m not afraid to talk to users or dive into analytics with my PM.
Feedback — I seek out new perspectives and different viewpoints on my designs, it’s what propels me forward. I want your thoughtful and critical feedback.
User Interface — I’m not your girl if you need an illustration for the marketing homepage, but I’ve got a knack for UI and can see an alignment issue from a mile away. Above all else, my designs need to be usable.

I had the pleasure of working with Chelsea on a product team at POWR for the past 2 years on products from a form builder to transforming a suite of apps into a holistic platform experience.
